My name is Kent Russell. I have spent a decade working in regulatory roles and has a deep understanding of the working of a large, interconnected chunk of the NZ regulatory system and some surprising side angles. As well as that prides himself on understanding issues in a deep way and figuring out the moving parts and how to put them all together in a way that makes sense.
He has spent a lot of time in complex regulatory roles and within those managed to seek out further opportunities to understand and be part of changing the ways things are done
