My name is Kent Russell. I have spent a decade working in regulatory roles and have a deep understanding of the working of a large, interconnected chunk of the NZ regulatory system and some surprising side angles. As well as that I pride myself on understanding issues in a deep way and figuring out the moving parts and how to put them all together in a way that makes a bit more sense.
I have spent a lot of time diving into complex regulatory work and within that have managed to take on further opportunities to understand and be part of changing the ways things are done.
I appreciate the opportunity to work with those who ht currently not have a strong background in navigating the regulatory space, have uncertainties around how to proceed,
